Standaert Rolbruggen places great importance on protecting the privacy of all individuals whose personal data we collect. We handle and secure this personal data with the utmost care, in accordance with applicable Belgian legislation.

Job Application Forms

You can apply to our company via our application forms.

We process this data solely to handle your application. Applicant data is retained for a maximum of 4 weeks after the recruitment and selection procedure, or with your consent for up to 1 year after completion.

Newsletter

You can subscribe to our newsletter via our website for information, news and developments in our field, as well as information about our products, services and offers.

We process the following personal data:

  • First and last name
  • Email address

Your email address is added to the subscriber list only with your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in each newsletter.

Each email uses a single-pixel GIF (web beacon) to track whether the recipient has opened the email and clicked certain links. We also record the email addresses, IP addresses, and the date and time when subscribers open an email or click a link. We use this information under our legitimate interest to analyse the performance of our email campaigns and improve them.

Web Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect data about your sessions on our website. We do this under our legitimate interest to track user behaviour on our website and the effectiveness of our advertisements. Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies are set as part of this “Analytics” service.

Google Analytics tracks visitor statistics such as page views, sessions and average time on page. Advertising and remarketing features are only activated if you accept marketing cookies.

Google may disclose this information to third parties if legally required or if third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. We have no influence over this.

We have a data processing agreement with Google. Data collected is anonymised or pseudonymised wherever possible. More information about the data Google collects can be found in Google’s privacy statement. Data collected at user and event level is retained for a maximum of 50 months.

Remarketing

We use remarketing with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook in our advertisements. You may be included if you have accepted marketing cookies. Remarketing means our ads are shown to you on other websites based on your previous visits to our website.

reCAPTCHA

We use Google’s reCAPTCHA service to protect our website from spam and abuse. This may involve collecting the visitor’s IP address, mouse movements and other data. Google Maps

We use the Google Maps API to display a map of our location. Google sets a PREF cookie for this functionality, storing zoom level, chosen language and region. This cookie does not store personal data.
